Schoolrosta allows users to contribute their content, and write-ups. Playing nice isn't rocket science, but just in case, we've put together general guidelines. Please take your time to read these general terms for specific content you might contribute to the site.

Collecting information about you

So we can provide a high level of service, it is important for us to understand how our visitors use our website, and so we collect information about you. We take security of personal information very seriously and will actively support the Government to ensure the law provides you with adequate protection.

Accurate Information: We will aim to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate and up to date.

Availability: We will aim to ensure our website is always available, but there may be times when, unfortunately, they will not be. We will try and keep any periods when our website is unavailable to a minimum.

Accessibility: We will try and ensure our website is accessible to everyone visiting it. If you are having problems accessing the website, please contact us using this form. We will respond and see what we can do to help.

What you should do for us

Inappropriate Content: Colourful language is fine, but there's no need for threats, harassment, lewdness, hate speech, and other displays of bigotry.

Promotional Content: Unless you are a school owner/authority and you are using your school account to add content to your school's profile page, we generally frown on promotional content. Let's keep the site useful for consumers and not overrun with commercial noise from every user.

Relevance: Please make sure your contributions are relevant and appropriate to the site. Any other content, we treat it as spam.

Privacy: Don't publicise other people's private information unless you are referring to service providers who are commonly identified by their full names.

Intellectual property theft: Don't swipe content from other sites or users. You are a smart dude, so write your own contents, please!

Other important things you may need to know

Information provided by our loyal and helping users and information from school authorities(verified schools); we will ensure are always correct. Unfortunately we may not be able to compensate you for any loss you may suffer as result of:

• Any mistake with the content on our website.
• Any part of the website being unavailable or inaccessible.
• Your use of any organisation's website that you access from our website.

If you do not comply with our stated guidelines and terms, you will agree to compensate us as a result of any loss that we suffer as a result of your failure to comply.
If anyone complains about your use of our website, or the content you add to it, you agree that we can control the handling of such dispute and you will fully support and co-operate with this.

Our website terms and conditions may change as we add more features to it. We will always inform you of such changes made.
